RekovoHQ is a climate-tech company that provides technology-driven recycling solutions, including Smart Recycle ATMs, Digital Recycle Hubs, recycling collection services, digital rewards, sustainability reporting, and environmental technology platforms for individuals, businesses, schools, and communities.
2. Eligibility

5. Acceptable Recyclable Materials
Users should only submit recyclable materials accepted by RekovoHQ.
Materials may include:
- Plastic bottles
- Plastic containers
- Aluminium cans
- Paper and cardboard (where applicable)
- Glass (where applicable)
Hazardous waste, medical waste, chemicals, batteries (unless specifically accepted), electronic waste, and prohibited materials must not be deposited unless expressly permitted.
RekovoHQ reserves the right to reject unsuitable materials.
6. Rewards and Wallet
Eligible recycling activities may earn rewards through the RekovoHQ platform.
Rewards may include:
- Cash incentives
- Wallet credits
- Loyalty points
- Promotional rewards
- Partner discounts
Reward values may change without prior notice.
RekovoHQ reserves the right to verify recycling activities before issuing rewards and may suspend or revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive conduct.
7. Smart Recycle ATM Usage
Users agree to:
- Follow all on-screen instructions.
- Deposit only approved recyclable materials.
- Avoid damaging or tampering with equipment.
- Report faults or technical issues promptly.
Intentional misuse or vandalism may result in account suspension, recovery of damages, or legal action.
8. Collection Services
Collection requests are subject to:
- Service availability.
- Location coverage.
- Collection schedules.
- Material eligibility.
While we aim to meet scheduled appointments, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Business and Corporate Services
Businesses using RekovoHQ’s sustainability services agree to provide accurate operational information necessary for programme implementation, reporting, and environmental impact measurement.
Corporate sustainability reports are based on data collected through RekovoHQ’s systems and user participation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the RekovoHQ website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, software, videos, designs, trademarks, and branding, is the property of RekovoHQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of our platforms.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Abuse the rewards programme.

- Damage Smart Recycle ATMs, Digital Recycle Hubs, or other RekovoHQ property.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, legal action.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
